All orders that contain products that are in stock only are packed and lodged for shipping within 2-7 business days of the order placement. 

Any order that contains a product that is made to order or custom, will take up to 10 days to create, cure, and then pack prior to shipping depending on the product. If you do have a specific short timeframe that you need an order within please do not hesitate to contact me prior to placing your order to determine a closer estimate. 

Yes! Local pickup is available in Warnbro for all WA orders. Just select the Local Pickup option at checkout.

In your cart’s notes section, please let me know when you’d like to collect your order. I’ll then be in touch to confirm a pickup time.

Please note: Stevie Buoy is an online-only business based at my private residence. While you’re welcome to pick up your order and try the scent testers at the front door, this isn’t a storefront and I’m unable to accommodate walk-ins or browse sessions. Thanks for understanding!

While I don’t have a showroom, I’ve set up a small scent testing station at my front entrance where you're welcome to come and smell the fragrances before ordering. Please note, Stevie Buoy is an online business based at my private residence, and I do not allow visitors inside my home.

Most products are made to order, so I don’t keep display stock on hand—especially for electric diffusers and some home fragrance items. However, I do maintain a small supply of popular items like wax melts for convenience.

If you’re local, you’re very welcome to smell scents and collect your order—but please understand this is not a traditional retail space. I appreciate your respect for these boundaries.

Application and staying power depends on many factors including: the type of fragrance, type of strength (EDT/EDP) and where you are applying your perfume.

eg. The woody/oriental perfumes tend to last longer and are stronger than a citrus or floral fragrance.

Things that can affect how long your perfume lasts: (or how it wears on your skin) include hormones (menopause especially), if you have dry skin or are on medication.

The best places to apply your perfume are your pulse points, crooks of your elbow, under your hair ( as your body heats up you will get a waft). Clothes are also fine, if the perfume is dark in colour though be careful to not apply to white fabric.

Fragrance fatigue is a common thing: this is when someone wears the same perfume every day and thinks they can't smell it anymore. I always recommend having a few perfumes on rotation so this doesn't happen.

Store your perfume in a cool placeout of direct sunlight and it will last you ages. 12 months from opening is recommended but personally I have some that are much older and are still fine.

Apply as often as you like! You wear fragrance for yourself as well as others 🥰

Absolutely. My glass jars are 100% recyclable.

Many customers love to reutilise their jars for other things such as vases or storing cotton buds, makeup brushes, spices or as a trinket jar.

Simply wipe out with a dry paper towel while the wax is still warm (or soak the jar in hot water) and then hand wash it with soap and water as you would with any glass container.

Please be mindful not to use anything abrasive on the jar surface, as the paint or finish can scratch or damage.
