🛍 Using the Site
To shop with Stevie Buoy, you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian’s permission). You agree not to use the website for any illegal or harmful activity.
📦 Orders & Products
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- I may cancel or limit orders that appear suspicious or intended for resale.
- Please make sure your contact and delivery details are correct — I rely on this to get your order to you.
Some items are made to order and may take a little extra time to create. If you’re in a rush, get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.
💳 Payment
All payments are processed securely via Shopify. Please provide up-to-date billing and contact details so I can complete your order without delay.
💌 Discounts & Promotions
From time to time, I offer special promotions or discount codes. These offers:
- Are available for a limited time
- May be exclusive to VIP members or require a minimum spend
- Must be entered at checkout (I can’t apply them after the fact)
Some discounts or bundles may not apply to third-party products. Always check the promotion details before purchasing.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully — Stevie Buoy does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, I’ll absolutely make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

🧪 Discovery Sets
Not sure which scent to choose? I recommend starting with a Discovery Set. These are a great way to try before committing to a full-size product — especially as I don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
🚚 Shipping Info
Orders may be shipped from Stevie Buoy in WA or directly from one of my trusted third-party partners. This means:
- You might receive more than one parcel
- Third-party items may have different shipping or return conditions
- Third-party shipping fees are not included in Stevie Buoy’s free shipping offers, but the item’s value may still count toward the free shipping threshold

🏡 Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Warnbro, WA for Stevie Buoy products. If you choose this option at checkout, please include a note with your preferred collection day/time. I’ll confirm the pickup details with you directly.
Please collect your order within 30 days of it being marked as ready.
If not collected:
- Ready-made items will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Made-to-order items will be cancelled and issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.
Please note, it’s not my responsibility to follow up repeatedly for uncollected orders.
I kindly ask that you have the courtesy to message me if you can’t make your arranged pickup time.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders for made-to-order or custom items can only be cancelled if production hasn’t begun. If your order has already entered the production queue or been shipped, I can’t offer a cancellation or refund.

Got something to share? I love hearing from customers! If you send through feedback, reviews or suggestions, you agree I can use them in marketing or promotions (without the need for credit or payment — but I’ll be grateful, always).
